These terms apply when you use rock3.rent (the “site”) operated by ROCK3 Rentals (“ROCK3,” “we,” “us”), 2500 Mira Mar Ave., Long Beach, CA 90815. By using the site, creating an account or submitting a request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Quotes and rentals
The site lets you browse equipment, build a request and ask for a quote. Submitting a request is an inquiry only: it does not reserve equipment, and it is not an order or a binding offer by either side. Availability, configuration, delivery and pricing are confirmed by ROCK3 in a written quote. Any rental is governed by that quote and the rental agreement you accept, which control if they differ from these terms.
Pricing and availability
Rates, specifications, photos and availability shown on the site are for general information and may change or contain errors. Delivery, pickup, taxes, fuel, damage and other applicable fees are quoted separately. Final pricing is confirmed by ROCK3 before a rental begins.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You may sign in with email, Google or Microsoft. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused, inaccurate, or used in violation of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use, scrape or copy the site at scale, or submit false or misleading requests.
Safety
Equipment must be operated only by trained, authorized people following the manufacturer’s instructions, applicable law and OSHA requirements. Information on the site, including manuals and specifications, is not a substitute for proper training or site-specific safety planning. See our safety commitment.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text and ROCK3 branding belong to ROCK3 or its licensors. Manufacturer names, logos, photos and manuals belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify equipment. You may not reuse them except as the law allows.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, ROCK3 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability for claims about the site is limited to $100. Liability for rented equipment is set out in your rental agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies when you use the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
